9:30AM – Welcome & Introduction @ Zeno Health Club

Meet Maddy and your retreat group for a chilled arrival, briefing, and good vibes before the day kicks off. Time to settle in, connect, and get excited for what’s ahead.

10–11AM – Group Gym Session @ Zeno Health Club

Start your day strong with an energising, high-vibe workout led by Maddy. Expect great music, sweaty fun, and a session that’ll leave you feeling empowered and alive. All levels welcome.

11–12PM – Nourishing Brunch by Balance Kitchen

Refuel with a delicious, protein-packed brunch catered by Balance Kitchen. Whole, nutritious food to suit all preferences — because feeling good starts with eating well.

12–1PM – Mindset Talk & Q&A with KOGGNO

Join Maddy and Kirsty, founder of the Koggno mental health podcast & community, for an honest, uplifting conversation on mindset, mental health, overcoming blocks, and going after your dreams. This session will leave you inspired and ready to take action.

1:30–3PM – Ice Bath & Sauna Recovery @ FIX Manchester

Close the day with guided recovery at FIX – Manchester’s state-of-the-art wellness centre. Experience the physical and mental reset of cold plunges and sauna therapy, guided by Maddy and expert staff.
