1. Secure Your Spot

To lock in your place on a Mind Body & Soul Retreat, we want to make things as easy as possible for you. Payment can be made either in full or via deposit and instalments leading up to the retreat start date. Whichever option you choose, it will include:  A deposit to secure your booking.  The remaining balance covered either upfront or split across your scheduled instalments.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Because we make upfront commitments for accommodations, scheduling, and logistics to plan the perfect experience, all payments (including your deposit and instalments) are generally non-refundable.

However, we know life happens! If you do need to cancel, we will do our absolute utmost to find someone else to fill your place, and you are more than welcome to try and find a replacement to take your spot as well. If a replacement is successfully found, we will happily refund all of your instalment payments. Please note that the initial deposit remains non-refundable, as it is kept to cover the costs incurred by us in managing and adjusting the booking.

If a replacement cannot be found, all payments remain non-refundable.

3. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend—and kindly require—that you take out comprehensive travel insurance as soon as you book. This is the best way to protect yourself financially just in case an unexpected emergency, illness, or travel disruption keeps you from joining us.
